If your feet are always cold you are probably looking for cold feet remedies. I don’t think there’s a way to permanently cure cold feet, but there sure are plenty of ways to warm your soles. It’s important to know what causes cold feet and to consult your doctor first before assuming you are just a cold person.
Cold Feet Remedies to Warm your Soles
Slippers for Cold Feet – Suffering from cold feet in your own home is just ridiculous. Freezing cold tile floors should not be braved without heated slippers. Thankfully, there are some amazing slippers for cold feet. There are even heated slippers that are charged via USB ports.
Socks for Cold Feet – Fuzzy socks are another trusty way to warm up cold feet. Some socks are as warm as slippers. Socks can be quite slippery, so if you are accident-prone, you may want ones with safety skids on the bottom.
Warming Sole Soaks – Truly pamper cold feet with a warming foot soak. You can add essential oils, epsom salts, or all kinds of different soaks to the water to enhance your experience. It’s truly soothing to the soles and the soul. 😉
Warm Winter Boots – Certainly don’t think about trekking out into winter weather without warm boots. If your feet are always cold, frigid conditions without the proper footwear is just asking for trouble. You’ll notice I am partial to Sorel boots. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the brand.
Heated Foot Massager – A heated foot massager is a relaxing way to increase circulation and warm your feet. As far as cold feet remedies go, coming home to a gadget like this is my favorite. My Grandma has the best heated foot massager. I use it every time I visit.
Warming Lotions – Give yourself a foot massage with warming lotion. Or, better yet, have someone give you this satisfying cold feet treatment.
